Molly is adept at recruiting across the entire C-Suite. She is a three-dimensional complement to our Talent Acquisition team. Throughout her career, Molly has worked for retailers driving the modernization of this consumer goods segment. She spent ten years at Gap, when they were the brand everyone wanted. Then, when Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters became a dominant force in retail, Molly became a leader in their quest for talent. When they were ahead of the pack in digital, she was at the forefront of recruiting creative digital talent. Time at Uniqlo added international expertise. Before joining Berglass+Associates, Molly was Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the NBA. She was a major part of adding talent both domestically and globally. In addition to the U.S., Molly was recruiting in Canada, Mexico and Africa.
