Cindy comes to Berglass + Associates with a passion for retail, true curiosity about the psychology of consumer behavior, and differentiating industry insights gleaned over 15 years. She joins the team after Talent Acquisition roles at iconic brands Urban Outfitters, Sears and the Gap. Her extensive experience on the brand side brings unique perspective and access to the firm. Cindy’s respect for creative talent, from designers to merchants, has allowed her to form long-term relationships with leading, contemporary executives across multiple functions.
